Jesmond Gardens was last inspected in November 2014. It was given a judgement of "good" overall with behaviour and safety graded as outstanding. The report reflects a school that had there been a "very good" category, Jesmond Gardens would certainly have received it. Many educationalists who have read our report agree that we narrowly missed being graded outstanding due to a dip in our end of foundation results for 2014. However, in July 2015 results have risen to 70% of children achieving the standard expected from 47% in 2014. I am sure if Ofsted were returning now they would give us an outstanding judgement on the strength of continuing success in KS1 and and the success of our early years too.
